Teaching Quality: The lecturer did provide some real world examples, mostly in the context of the TUB systems.
I was disappointed by the course, because I did not learn anything new and some of the content seemed outdated. Some lectures covered the same topics as the Cloud Computing course that was taking place in the same semester. We talked about how to setup the network for corporations, but again that felt outdated. Or I am completely wrong and this is actually how it is still done today. I guess this lecture is more for people that want to work in big corporations with a lot of governance and where they dont change their systems, because we were talking about LDAP etc. I guess I was just the wrong audience.
A good thing was that there was a non-mandatory lab where we did gain some practice in installing Nextcloud on a Cloud VM and everything around it like monitoring etc.
